BRANCH VALUER SPECIALIST
REQUIRED
FOR RUTLAND/STAMFORD
What we have
is a boundless energy and drive to deliver the best service we can to all our
customers and we need someone with the same desire and ambition to run our
valuing and instruction role in our estate agency business.
Ideally you
will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Negotiator who now wants to
move on to a bigger challenge, a bigger package and the freedom to show just
how good you can be.
Being our
specialist means being a revenue driver, building understanding of the needs of
our best buyers and sellers, spotting opportunity for instructions, driving the
appointment levels, attending viewings, attending appointments and negotiating and
winning the instruction. You will also need a comprehensive knowledge of the
legislation and be organised because you will be responsible for providing the
very best service through to its formal completion.
